All orders are shipped within 2 days of the order being recieved. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please allow 2 - 6 days for receipt of your goods.

How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name, contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice and the original packaging would also be good

Please tell me why you are returning your goods. If the item is faulty, I will cover postal charges, for other returns, if appropriate, I will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs. For all returns, please retain a proof of posting .

If you are waiting for an order to arrive, and it doesn't, please contact Ethical Gifts so we can track it down. If no-one was home when delivery was attempted, your parcel may be waiting at your local post office for collection.
If you spend most of your weekdays at work, it could be more convenient to use your work address for delivery.
